アメリカ（カリフォルニア州）、ドイツ、韓国を行き来しながら育つ。2012～2013年、名古屋のキリスト聖書学園でインターンとして日本宣教に携わる。そこでエリースと出会い、後に結婚。ボストンに移り、ゴードン・コンウェル神学校でMDivを取得、パーク・ストリート教会で若者世代の牧師として仕える。2022年、エリースと日本に戻り、神戸で娘が誕生。マスタードシードクリスチャン教会神戸のスタッフとなり、音楽と交わりを担当。2024年に副牧師、2026年にケルシー・ホワイト牧師の退任後、教え・リーダーシップ担当牧師に就任。趣味：コーヒー、 多肉植物、映画、サワードウ作り、チェスの勉強。

Zane grew up hopping between the US (CA), Germany, and Korea. He first served in Japan as an intern at Christ Bible Institute (Nagoya) in 2012-2013. There he met Elisse, whom he would marry. Moving to Boston, Zane earned his MDiv at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and served as the young adults pastor at Park Street Church. In 2022 they returned to Japan and their daughter was born in Kobe. Zane joined the staff at Mustard Seed Christian Church Kobe, overseeing the music and fellowship ministries. In 2024 Zane became the associate pastor, and after the departure of Pastor Kelcy White in 2026 he became the Teaching & Leadership pastor. Hobbies: coffee, succulents, movies, sourdough bread, learning chess.

馬場 良子・Ryoko Baba

大阪府枚方市（ひらかたし）出身。現在は兵庫県尼崎市（あまがさきし）在住。マスタードシード神戸の事務・会計・牧会アシスタント。教会で働く前は、主にコールセンターやサービス業に従事しており、オンライン日本語教師としても活動。好きなみことばは、詩篇23篇。

Ryoko was born in Hirakata, Osaka. She currently resides in Amagasaki. She is the administrative and pastoral assistant of Mustard Seed Christian Church in Kobe. Before working at the church, she worked mainly in the call center and service industry, and as an online Japanese teacher. Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 23.

デービッドソン ブライアン・Bryan Davidson

テキサス州で生まれ、アメリカの大学および日本の茨城県の公立学校で英語を指導。茨城での経験を通して宣教への志を深め、2021年にテキサス州オースティン市へ移住し、教会の研修プログラムに参加。ダラス神学校でMBTSの学位を取得し、2023年に妻・優と結婚。2024年に神戸へ移り、マスタードシード・クリスチャン教会神戸のスタッフとして、英会話指導や大学生向けのミニストリーに従事している。趣味は音楽、言語、文化についての会話をすること。

A former English teacher from Texas, Bryan taught at U.S. universities and public schools in Ibaraki, Japan. His time in Ibaraki led him to pursue ministry, moving to Austin, Texas for a church residency in 2021 where he earned an MBTS degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and married his wife, Esther, in 2023. He moved to Kobe in 2024 with his wife to join Mustard Seed, overseeing outreach ministries like English outreach and college ministry. Bryan loves music, language, and conversations about culture.

デービッドソン 優 ・Yu Esther Davidson

東京都で生まれ、東京都、アメリカのテキサス州、茨城県で育つ。２０１４年にテキサス州に引っ越し、教育学の修士号を取得し、小学生の先生として活動。２０２1年に夫のブライアンと茨城県で出会い、２０２３年にテキサス州オースティン市で結婚。２０２４年に神戸に引っ越し、マスタードシード・クリスチャン教会神戸のスタッフとなる。おもにキッズワーシップのミニストリーとメディア制作に従事している。趣味はイラストレーションや様々なアートやクラフトをする事。

Born in Tokyo, Esther grew up moving between Tokyo, Texas, and Ibaraki. In 2014 she moved to Texas to earn her M.Ed and worked as an elementary school teacher. She met her husband Bryan in Ibaraki and got married in Austin, Texas. They moved to Kobe in 2024 and Esther became staff at Mustard Seed Kobe. She is mainly involved in Kids Worship and creating media. Her hobbies include illustration and various forms of art.
